Very patiently explained all of my options and features for my upgrade to a smartphone. Pleasant service, pricey!!!!, but aren't they all these days?

The problem with their customer service.  I have had a problem with the service itself as well.  They are very rude and disrespectful.  I had a problem with the man on the phone at Verizon.  I want people in this area to know this.  The manager of the store is Victor and the gentlemen that I spoke with on the phone today was Dustin.  He told me that I might be possibly asked to leave Verizon if I complained too much about the customer service, that I could be blacklisted.

I just moved to Janesville WI. I have had Verizon for years without any issues. The service in my new neighborhood is down right awful. Dropped calls are very common. I have tried to work with Verizon, but no help in resolving the issue.

They’re very very willing to work with me. I’m on a loyalty program because I’m not on contract & they’ve always been willing to switch my plan around as needed. I’ve never had any issues. I think they could have better for smaller service needs.

The home telephone is a product called Home Connect.  We no longer have a wired connection to the telephone company which eliminated a big chunk of AT&T phone charges every month.  Our phone bill for that part of the telecommunications went from $75 a month to $25 with taxes.  We spend $200 a month for the entire bundle.  It's for the data plan on the internet, iPhone and the iPhone itself has a fairly expensive plan.  We were with another company previously for the iPhone and the difference between them and Verizon is that while we are paying about the same, we get way better service from Verizon.  I think they could do something with their pricing.  It's a continuing relationship and I'm still using them.
