Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money. He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors. Matt is a very respectful and kind person, and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team!"

"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
