"We had significant damage to our house due to a tree falling on our roof. Nick was able to locate the original plans for our trusses and have replacement trusses constructed. Nick arranged his schedule so we got in before the weather turned. Once work started, the reconstruction went very quickly and Nick had all the subcontractors lined up with constant activity at our house until the job was done. "I was wanting to have a hole in my plaster repaired and repainted so I contacted Investment Painting Contractors.  As I was talking with the contractor I mentioned that I wanted to replace my tub with a tub surround and he said he had a licensed plumber that he could recommend.  I asked for an estimate on time and cost for the project and it was within my budget so I hired them.  Both the plumber and the painter showed up when they said they would and worked hard and long hours. 

The plumber did a nice job with the tub surround.  It was difficult and they ended up having to knock out a wall in the closet adjacent to the bathroom to fit the surround into the bathroom.  The plumber said it was the worst surround he has put in during his 20 year career.  The repaired drywall is perfect around the tub surround. 
The painter does an excellent job painting.  He is very meticulous and takes the time to do the job right.  I love the way my bathroom turned out . . . perfect.  My daughter's room was also painted and she wanted a chalkboard wall on one wall.  She is also very pleased with the work.  You cannot even see where the ceiling had to be repaired.  Excellent work.  The painter has an excellent eye for color and gently recommended the best options for making the rooms look their best.  I am so happy with the way everything turned out. 
The plumber and the painters were very personable and honest about the work that they were doing.  Both were very polite, as well."

"Politely said, Sparky is the boss.  
We needed electricity and HDMI ran from a cabinet in our great room up above our fireplace so we could mount a TV.  Also needed cable and electricity ran to a wall in our master bedroom so we could mount our TV on the wall. 
Sparky showed up on a Friday afternoon, five minutes early.  Assessed the situation, and before he left, said he would look into how much parts/etc would cost, and he would call me with a bid.  Sunday night I received a text from him with a bid, we set up a time for him to come for the install on 8/22 at 9am.  
Sparky showed up at 8:59, and got to work.  I came home from lunch to outlets installed where I had asked, cable ran, everything was great.  He could not find the specific outlet cover for AC / Cable, but it will not be visible once the TV is mounted, so it is not of real concern.  
I was a little uncomfortable mounting the brackets for our TV on the walls, as the studs were located in odd places - and I didn't trust myself to mount a $1,000 60" plasma anywhere that wasn't on a small stand.  ha!  
I asked if he would mind installing the mounts if I kicked him some extra $$, and he gladly obliged to stay longer than he had originally intended.  He even went so far as to use his own screws/mounting bolts that were FAR superior to the ones that were provided in the kit.
Couldn't be happier.  Should we plan on doing any other electrical work / lighting in the future, Sparky will be our first call.
