"We had a great experience. From inspection to completion we could not have been happier. The quote process was well explained and not high pressure. We needed to wait until warm weather. They called us a week before, explained when the materials and dumpster would be dropped off and they were exactly as they said. The project took one day to complete and the crew left the area cleaner than they found it. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. The day of completion, we were kept up to date with progress and any work required. The roof looks fantastic. It was the final step of our exterior makeover, as the siding was done 2 months prior. "My roof was started leaking after the snow wad mounted, I called him on Friday and he came out Saturday and identified the problem then today (02/21) he and his crew came out to my house. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. They did a beautiful job, they left my yard immaculate, they have a reasonable price but I will not post it here, and they were very professional."

"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
