"We had a great experience. From inspection to completion we could not have been happier. The quote process was well explained and not high pressure. We needed to wait until warm weather. They called us a week before, explained when the materials and dumpster would be dropped off and they were exactly as they said. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. "The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
