All of these 5 star reviews got dumped on the Angi page, dated 2/2024. All show shiny basements & what appears to be excellent work & reviews claiming excellent communication. It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing.

Alpha Ventures has done Several pejoects for my home dating back to 2021. Full stripping, painting and replacing boards of a 3 story deck. Full furnace and AC replacement and duct cleaning. Full remodeling of our 5 bed 3 bathroom 2600sqft home including 100% paint of Full space ceilings, bathrooms, walls, cupboards, etc. Three Full bathroom remodels and premium LVP of the entire floor space. Recessed lighting in all main living spaces. Island kitchen install.

I hired Alpha to completely remodel my basement. From setting up the walk through for a quote through completion, their communication was fantastic. They explained each stage of the project throughly and they were timely with everything. My house is old so naturally, we ran into unexpected issues. They were great about immediately communicating these issues to me and had the knowledge and expertise to offer solutions that I chose to implement. I was beyond pleased with their work. I have them returning for a bathroom remodel and entry way remodel.

The work was professional, completed in a timely manner, and within the budget we provided ahead of time. Alpha Ventures worked with me well to pick out the tile, paint and fixtures that I would like, in the style I liked without breaking the bank.

Spent north of $300k with Alpha Ventures over the past 3 yrs. Great company that does good work. Most importantly, honest and communicates. Thank you Chris, Katie and Alpha Team.

At alpha ventures, they treat you like family! The entire team is knowledgeable, creative, precise, and just over all amazing. This js just one reference to our experience with them: Our basement pipes backed up and after everything was all clean and removed they came in within a couple of weeks and finished the job while we were on vacation. Alpha ventures is reliable and trustworthy!!

Chris and the entire Alpha team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. As homeowners who had a general idea of what we wanted to do for our complete basement remodeling project but no clue where to begin. Chris came over and listened to the general idea's we had and then used his experience to explain how things would work or would work better in certain aspects. After being very detailed in the plans and budget, he was very communicative each step of the way. The entire Alpha team were extremely friendly and were always greeted with a "Good Morning or Good Afternoon" every time we saw them. Alpha always communicated with us throughout the entire remodel and asked for thoughts on any potential things that came up. After everything was completed, Chris was very thorough on the final walk through and was meticulous with all the details. I would highly recommend Alpha Ventures!

We could not have been happier with Chris,Katie, and the rest of the Alpha Ventures Team and their work. We had them do a full basement buildout that included a full bath, laundry room, media room, playroom and office/workout room with an egress window. The space has been transformed into a very beautiful and useful part of our home. They understood our vision and had great design and layout ideas of their own. Including a urinal! It's quite the subject of conversation. The project was on time and on budget. I highly recommend Alpha Ventures!

Alpha ventures , is by far the most professional team I’ve ever had the pleasure working on my house. Not only are they courteous of my house. The work they do is amazing! Also because of Chris ( owner of alpha) my basement escaped a flood while he was working on my basement he noticed that my sump pump wasn’t working properly he brought it to my attention and fixed that as well while he was putting carpet and flooring in my basement. Their attention to detail is bar none. I will definitely be hiring them to finish my kitchen and bathrooms upstairs. I literally have dealt with other contractors that didn’t handle good Bussiness. Alpha is a breath of fresh air to say the least, me and my wife is so happy with the work and professionalism. Way to go alpha. If you don’t hire this team what are you doing ?
