Get matched with top subcontractors in Grayslake, IL

"I hired MH Renovations this summer to add a bedroom over a two-story foyer. The job required significant framing work, adding a window, external brickwork, drywall installation, and an electric circuit. Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money. He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors. Matt is a very respectful and kind person, and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team!"

"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"The sub contractor he used was excellent and took pride in his work. During the project everyone keep us informed and in touch for all the steps of the project, job was completed and nicely done"

"Frank and the crew were a pleasure to work with. I had tried to work with 2 other contractors before Ultra Source Performance, but was very unhappy with the previous lack of responsiveness and the disregarding of the budget I had given them. Frank understood this and had a quote to me the day after we met. He was diligent about meeting the costs and timelines he gave me. I trusted him from the start and am extremely pleased with the results!"

"I can't say enough about A P Builders and how absolutely wonderful they have been from start to finish. We completely gutted and remodeled our home and Angelo was upfront, honest, timely, and everything that was contracted was done to perfection. We had crew there every day from start to finish. He started on time and finished on time. Any change orders were handled professionally and solutions were found for any unforeseen challenges due to the age of my home. I highly recommend AP Builders for any of your home improvement needs."
