It did not go. I called several times, was told they could install the door on the day I had available, only to find out we were never put on the schedule the day we were expecting them. Not a good experience considering their other reviews.
Adam was a professional right when he came in the door. Introduced himself, shook my hand. Answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Adam again. He even told me that when our water softener eventually quits, he would be happy to replace with an even bigger, better quality one....
