"The customer ordered the door on October 8th. In the contract it has a written estimate of four weeks which can varie due to weather delays and suppliers getting us the product. It has only been 1 week later than estimated. We do have the customers door in, but they have refused install because we didn't install within the four weeks. They requested a refund and we gladly returned it to the customer. There is no guarantee on a install date in the home improvement world but we try to keep it in reason. Being a week late isn't out of the permitted time due to situations out of our control."
