The communication was excellent before, during, and after the job was done. Everything was cleaned up well and they took care of everything including the nails! They repaired the bad door installation that had been done by Mad City prior to the roof repair for me as well helping me figure out why my roof was leaking.

Terrible Do not hire. They arrived on time I will give them that, they worked hard another plus, yet when it comes down to (CRAFTSMANSHIP), a complete 0. They said 4 days, it took 2. I came home and they damaged 14 window wrappings on my house. They pounded nails into Aluminum window wrappings, bent them and left them. They did not silicone next to the windows for the basement of my house. No Craftsmanship. They took off a 2-Gang weather proof outlet box I had in the back patio removing 1 of the 2 outlets. No they are not electricians licensed or in that field but they did that and then put it back on horizontal instead of vertical and it was missing 1 of the 2 outlets. Trim around my garage door was split into 2 pieces on one side instead of one and looked terrible. That was replaced when I pointed that out. The 2 vents for my furnace on the back of my house, I was missing one of the 2. If it would have rained and filled up with water then the damage to my furnace would have been really bad. After I called and complained about their work, the sent a 2nd crew to fix all the windows and they replaced every window wrapping. They only finished 1, all the rest needed to be trimmed or silicone was missing. Again NO CRAFTSMANSHIP or care other than "get it done fast". Finally the foreman in charge was told to fix/complete everything. I told him to leave the outlet since I used to be an electrician and I know how to shut off a breaker. He completed everything and I just wanted them gone. Total time almost 2 weeks Horrible Experience Do Not Hire

He checked in with us several times throughout the installation process and answered all our questions. The installers were courteous, professional and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience. We would highly recommend them.

Had siding done on the house and the windows wrapped also new gutters put on. Everything was good except windows needed to be redone. They came back and fixed everything. Now Everything looks great !!

Everything went great! Crew arrived in the morning and worked hard all day. Leroy was the job sight manager and he checked in with me at the start and end of each day to see if I had any questions or concerns. They really worked as a team to complete the job. Each member of the crew seemed to specialize in one area or another and the end product was superior. We love the transformation of our 1987 home into something we are really proud of!

Repaired leaks in our roof. Went above and beyond to wrap the side of our house and redo the flashing including finding the metal of a matching color. Highly recommend Adrian Gonzalez! There was a chance of rain and he worked late to make sure that we were weather-proof for the night before coming back early the next day to finish. Very professional and hard working!

Ridge Top was willing to work with me on pricing. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process. They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up. They installed new windows throughout the house, new siding, soffit, facia, and wraps.

Unlisenced contractor - Storm chasers. Didn't use materials on the contract that were promised. Promised they did the work and it wasn't subbed out. Caused over $60,000 in damages! 75 Sq metal siding all damaged and can't replace cause they don't make anymore. Overall, poor quality! So much work on the roof that need to be properly fixed. Crap work!!!

I've been researching/exploring roof replacement options and companies (knowing I have an aged hail damaged roof) for the last few years. I've witnessed my neighbor going with a low bid and the resultant problems he had to deal with to get resolved. NOT SO with Ridgetop Exteriors! I addressed my (and my neighbors') concerns with Mitch Meyer and he assured me that quality of services rendered were of utmost importance. I was able to get the color and quality of shingle replacement at an awesome price. Mitch Meyer was at the jobsite multiple times throughout the day to attend the work and address concerns if they arose. The crew was diligent in installation of my 1850sq/ft roof and the entire procedure was completed in 12 hours from old roof removal to reshingle to cleanup. Again, I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the entire experience.

This was my first time doing a big home improvement project. The two representatives at my initial appointment were so helpful with the entire process. They were personable and answered all of my questions. The project manager, Robert, kept me updated during the entire process, with delivery dates and install dates. He also came by after the siding was installed to inspect everything and to see if I had any questions. I just can’t say enough about how much this company values their customer. I definitely made the right decision going with Ridge Top Exteriors.

Mitch helped us when I one else would. Winter was here and everyone else was busy. I didn’t know where to turn. My roof was leaking on my brand new carpet and ruining my drywall and woodwork. Mitch was honest and promised even though the leak was tricky, they were here for us. His solution was right and after all we’d been through, he took care of us! In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.
