He installed a GFCI outlet in the bathroom and had to go through a very tight attic space. He recommended the attic route because it would be less expensive than running a wire up from the basement. He explained clearly what the job would entail, finished the job ahead of schedule, vacuumed the floor when the job was completed, and went a step further to offer to provide a custom extension cord if the toilet seat cord isn?t long enough. "We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him.
