"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
