"Al and Ray arrived on time and set to work filling cracks in the ceiling, preparing walls for painting and removing old wallpaper. They painted ceilings in the living room, family room, kitchen, dining room and hallway. They painted the living room and hallway walls with a new color which covered very well. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail and cleaned everything up before leaving. I think they did a great job for the price and would not hesitate to use AZ Painting again in the future.

"We have known Mr. Halverson and worked with Mudslinger?s many times over the last two years. Mudslinger?s is extremely easy to work with, and customer focused. We have had them remove wallpaper, re-drywall, repair walls and ceilings, as well as re-texture walls and paint throughout our old house. They are detail oriented and are not into ?cutting corners.? In our opinion, they do miracles. If we have questions, Mr. Halverson is very easy to reach. If there is a conflict, he and his crew are more than ready to find a resolution that is in our best interest. We have no reservation in recommending Mudslinger?s, and will continue to contract with them for future projects.

"Harold was very personable. He provided an initial estimate for wallpaper removal, glue removal, the cleaning of the walls, priming, patching, and ceiling painting. He also made sure to explain to us at the time that there is some variability when working with wallpaper since the time it takes to remove wallpaper depends on the kind of glue that was used, how much of it, and the condition the walls are in after all the wallpaper has been removed. The completion of this portion of the job ran $250 over the estimate. However, when you take into account all the work we had done (see our total cost above), we felt that the difference between estimate and actual was still competitive and reasonable. After talking to others who have attempted wallpaper removal on their own, we decided it was money well spent.
As we prepared for the painting portion of the job, we were able to meet with a color consultant as part of our contract. Deb provided good tips and advice on color combinations to use so that the whole house could follow a general color theme. She was also very aware of upcoming trends. This was helpful since we wanted the color used for the nursery to also jive with the colors used throughout the rest of the home. While finishing the painting portion of the job, the Majic crew also took care of a large crack that ran along the living room ceiling. Overall, the paint looks like what one would expect from professionals.
I am pleased to say that our home no longer looks like a mid-sixties time capsule. We would use Majic again in the future.

"Sharon and her son painted three of our living room walls and ceiling. Sharon also prepped and covered one wall of our living room with textured wallpaper after previous owners destroyed the surface of the wall by using the wrong glue when they wallpapered. Sharon really knows her stuff! Work was done in a timely and professional manner and I would highly recommend her as she is a delight to work with and follows through on all her promises. We were told the job would take five days and they were done in five days. You won't be sorry you hired Rhodes Painting and Decorating. If I could rate her higher than five stars, I would because my previously drab and nicotine-stained living room now looks fabulous!"
