Everything went very well, great professional crew was punctual, polite, and friendly. Quin was also very good to deal with. The only issue we had, was some minor clean-up details that were overlooked. We brought this to Quin's attention, and he made sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

I hired Quinn Brunette Pro Painting to power wash and spray paint my home. He stopped over in the afternoon of September 12th, 2017 and said they would try to finish spraying the house that evening, but would come the next morning to finish anything that was not done, and clean up. He showed up toward evening to say they were done. I said I would look everything over and straighten up with him the next morning, like he stated eariler. He got very indignant and said "that's not going to happen, I'm not leaving here without my check today". It was late, I told him I did not have a chance to look it over. In a very forceful manner he said "then do it now!" as he angrily ushered me around the house. In the contract it stated payment due upon completion and satisfaction, because of his attitude I was very upset and could not check it out like I should have. I am 80 years old and any person who did any work on my home never treated me like this. I was very upset and paid him right way. He said if there was any problem he would take care of it. I initially checked him with the BBB before I hired him and he had a good rating, so I trusted him. The next morning I went to look it over and two of the gutters were bent on the ends and some tape was left on an upper dormer window, which I couldn't reach. Also, two lights on the front entry were not covered when power washed, and the finish was taken off. I brought it to the attention of the young man who was power washing at the time, and he said he would take care of it when he spray painted the shutters, if that was ok with me, which I agreed to. He must have forgot and it was never taken care of. While I was being rushed with Quinn, I never noticed it. I left Quinn 2 messages on September 13th and the 16th, with no response. The 3rd time, on September 18th, he answered and said he would try his best to stop over that day and check things out. I have not heard from him since. I did send an email to him also on September 24th, 2017 with no response.

I am from out of state and wanted to hire someone to paint the cathedral ceiling in my father-in-laws house. I called a couple painters and Quin was the first to call me back. He was professional in how he treated my father in-law and me and his pricing was fair. He showed up and completed the job as scheduled. The job turned out well. I would highly recommend Quin.

Quin's painters did an EXCELLENT job! They arrived every morning cheerful and ready to work. The crew of two guys were very easy to talk to and went out of their way to make sure the ladders were not interfering with our daily activities. The guys really did take pride in their work. Quin did stop by to check out the project in process and after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Quin's crew is truly superior (in many ways) to other painting contractors I have used previously. There was a day one of the guys had to leave early for a sporting event with his son, so we were notified in the morning they would be leaving a few hours early. I have never had a contractor give me a heads up before on a change of working hours. The crew even asked if they could throw some of the random trash accumulated from the job in our trash bins at the curb. I have never had a contractor ask previously, they have always just taken it upon themselves to add trash to the bin. Quin really does hire PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP! I could not recommend them enough to other friends and neighbors.

Painters showed up on time.  They were polite and professional.  They cleaned up well after themselves.  Owner stopped by to check on progress and overall quality.  
Very receptive to my concern in 1 particular area, and was able to problem solve and correct it, with a favorable result.  Overall an excellent experience, and the house looks fresh and clean.

Quin answered my call right away and came the next day to evaluate the job to prepare an estimate. We received the estimate within one day. The estimate was very reasonable and they were able to start the job within our time frame. Quin and the staff person that painted were professional, friendly and courteous. They started work when they indicated and kept the room clean and cleaned up at the end of the work day. They did a great job with the drywall repair, texturing and painting! We had an accent wall and despite our "crooked" walls they did a great job keeping the lines clean and straight. Quin stopped by after the job was finished to make sure we were satisfied. We are extremely pleased with the results - looks great! I would highly recommend Quin - they did an excellent job!

Painters taped all trim but didn't do a good job. Trim had lots of paint on it or there was a strip of wall above trim that wasn't painted. Another painter came over on the third day (it was only supposed to take 2 days) and spent 8 hours fixing the trim and re-edging all the corners and color transitions. Walls had streaks, like paint ran down the wall and they wiped it with a dry cloth. Carpet on staircase had paint on it as well as wood trim on staircase. Painting crew, on the second day, kept talking about how they had to hurry to finish because Quinn would not pay them to come back the next day. We vacuumed and cleaned for hours every night as they left patching plaster and dust all over .
They broke wires in a light fixture when they hit it with a ladder. We got a new light fixture and he did get an electrician to install it.
They ruined our living room Berber carpet. The bottom of the ladder or something caught it and it unraveled, leaving a hole in the middle of the room. We were even accused of putting the hole in the carpet ourselves. They called a carpet person over and he did a repair that looks horrible and is now coming out. We were offered a small compensation for the carpet. Not nearly enough to pay for new carpet and the stairway which matches.
All we wanted was our home painted and now we have living room carpet that is ruined.

The service went well. They painted one side of the house. Their prices were competitive.

It went great. The painters showed up when scheduled and finished in one day. Very professional and courteous.

Quin was easy to get a hold of. He responded quickly. He did exactly what we asked him to do and it looks great. The price was the best out there. We got 3 quotes and he was the lowest. Three of our neighbors had him paint there houses. Two were the entire house and one was the trim. We talked with one of them and they were very strongly recommending Quin. They were very impressed as well. They thought he was very reasonably priced and he did better than the last people they hired. Quin knows his stuff. He followed up once the job was complete!

I called and within days, my work was done, from quote to complete paint job.  The rooms were prepped the first day, ceiling repaired, all peeling paint scraped and patched and ceiling painted.  The second day, the rooms were painted and cleanup was completed.

They provided a quote for scraping, caulking as needed, and painting. We pointed out the areas to address. The work they actually did didn’t actually include any scraping and they only did 1 cote. We had to question them to provide another cote.   They complete the work while I was not home. Overall, it appeared as if they touched here and there, but didn’t do the work we specified. There was one piece that actually wasn’t painted at all. They also missed quite a bit of caulking. When I contacted them I was detailed and emailed them photos, but they never took ownership of the work and just seemed offended that I questioned it. Once they came back, the situation was rather awkward at best. Even after re-touched up, there were still several areas unaddressed. I wouldn’t work with them again.

This company was chosen by an interior designer who chose the colors. Mr. Brunette was quick to come out and give an estimate, which seemed fair given all the angles in the attic space. The work was scheduled promptly and two young men turned up to do the work. They were polite and respectful. We allowed them to use our floodlights for better illumination. The job per Mr. Brunette was estimated to take one day but took two full days. We are not pleased with the quality of the paint job. In almost every area inspected, there is failure of complete coverage of the light blue paint over white. There was a fine spray of paint drops on many areas of the oak woodwork and drops of paint on towel racks and counters. Worst of all, several paint splotches on off-white carpet in bedroom area. I spent time chipping little dots of dry paint off the woodwork. While someone came out and did some touchup and tried (unsuccessfully) to remove the paint from the carpet, another coat will still be needed to cover the walls completely. A discount was not offered and, feeling awkward, I went ahead and paid the full amount.

Dominic was the sales rep. He was very easy to reach and responsive to all of my calls and e-mails before and during the project. The owen, Quin, was on site to pressure wash and confirm the color choices. He was there at the beginning of each day. The crew of 3 guys worked 8 hours each day and finished the job in 3 days. The painters asked questions on what should and should not be painted, were pleasant and respectful of our home. I even changed my mind on the last day and decided to have my door area painted. They needed more paint, but they took care of it, no problem. On the last day, Dominic did a "walk around" with me. I pointed out a few touch-ups. It's been a week now and my husband and I are very happy with the work that was done.

QUINN CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER CALLING HIM AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS DEFINITELY FAIR AND I WENT TO PICK OUT PAINT AND WE WERE SCHEDULED TO HAVE IT DONE WITHIN THREE DAYS. HIS TWO WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL IN MOVING FURNITURE AND GETTING STRAIGHT TO THE WORK. KEPT AT IT UNTIL DONE AND FINISHED UP WITHIN THE DAY. QUIN CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE AND DID AN INSPECTION ON THE WORK WITH ME AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECT. THEY PUT THE FURNITURE BACK AND I NEVER HAD TO LEND A HAND. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE WORKERS.

Quin responded quickly to a call and came by promptly to give an estimate. His "team" started work several days later. I do not know what type of training this "team" had but the result was a mess. The wallpaper in the upstairs bathroom was stripped incompletely and paint was applied right over shreds of paper still clinging to the walls, which later peeled off; the light fixtures, mirror, and switch plates were not removed prior to painting and were streaked and smeared with paint, including paint fingerprints; there were streaks of paint left on the toilet bowl, the oven door and the refrigerator, as well as paint ground into the carpet. The bathroom ceiling was never painted at all. When the painters removed tape in the kitchen, the new paint peeled away revealing the old color underneath in several spots. I contacted Quin immediately and repeatedly by phone, by email and by letter asking him to make the job right and he absolutely refused to answer or speak with me.
