"HCCS arrived on time, was neat, cordial, and got right to work. They did not get a red wine stain out, but did get other older pet stains out of the carpets. I would have liked them to spend more time on the stair carpets, but they felt they had done as well as they could be done on the stairs."

"The owner, Art, came out and explained what he could do, what was possible and what it would cost. There were no surprises and the bill was exactly as he said it would be at the end. I had kind of given up on the carpeting but Art's crew was able to breathe new life into them. I have had him back multiple times since and I also had him to the carpeting in my personal residence where he even was able to touch up and clean a few stains on a Queen Anne chair that my dog had messed up. He was professional, timely, and did exactly what he said he would do."

"It was an okay service. Overall I thought they could have gotten the carpets a little bit cleaner. Two cleaners came out. They cleaned 4 rooms and I think we had to pay extra, because the sizes of the rooms were bigger. There was no extra step to deotorize, they mentioned that it was already in their carpet cleaning mixture. I wished there was an actual deodorize step. I figured you would clean it first and then deodorize."
