Basic finance and budgeting, tracking costs, payroll, pricing jobs, and keeping cash flow healthy. I have dealt with clients and handle complaints without losing my cool. I know cleaning standards and safety, understand chemicals, equipment, and OSHA rules well enough to keep everyone safe.
