I had kind of given up on the carpeting but Art's crew was able to breathe new life into them. They cleaned 4 rooms and I think we had to pay extra, because the sizes of the rooms were bigger. There was no extra step to deotorize, they mentioned that it was already in their carpet cleaning mixture. I wished there was an actual deodorize step. I figured you would clean it first and then deodorize."
