I have had him back multiple times since and I also had him to the carpeting in my personal residence where he even was able to touch up and clean a few stains on a Queen Anne chair that my dog had messed up. He was professional, timely, and did exactly what he said he would do."

"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

For the most part we seem to have less dust throughout the house, but not dramatically so. I would consider using them again for this or their other steam cleaning service.
