Tony cleaned our carpets last year, so we had him come back, primarily to address the stain but to clean the carpets in general plus our sofa and love seat. "The owner, Art, came out and explained what he could do, what was possible and what it would cost. There were no surprises and the bill was exactly as he said it would be at the end. I had kind of given up on the carpeting but Art's crew was able to breathe new life into them. I have had him back multiple times since and I also had him to the carpeting in my personal residence where he even was able to touch up and clean a few stains on a Queen Anne chair that my dog had messed up. He was professional, timely, and did exactly what he said he would do."

"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service on 11/22 with the intent of having them come in before Thanksgiving to clean my carpets. Unfortunately, they weren't available before Thanksgiving (not their fault, but mine for ordering late) so I went with the weekend after Thanksgiving. (Sorry my review is several months behind!) Anyway, they came in on time and there were two gentlemen who cleaned the carpets. They were very friendly and professional and worked quickly...maybe too quickly? One of the guys noticed that there were still several small dark marks in the carpet after they were finished, but simply said, "It looks like spilled juice, it happens all the time with my toddler." There was no offer to go over the spots again, and there was no additional, "Hey, we have this service or something at an extra charge that could take care of those," which was kind of disappointing. They DID get out a larger stain near my couch, and for that I was happy. BUT when my husband looked over everything and said, "And how much did that cost us?" to find out that it was a DEAL for $80, he was very unhappy and so was I.
My overall grade is a C for this provider, and I should have spoken up sooner, but I didn't realize how unhappy I was with the service until I had time to think about it.
Pros: They came on time and were friendly.
Cons: They didn't do as good of a job as I thought they should have, and they didn't even try to cover up the fact that there were still marks in the carpet.

They did come 1 hr. early (just getting ready to eat some oatmeal). The women were very professional otherwise."
