Quite simply they did everything they told me they would do. They were on time and punctual they did the work all of the stains and dirt from The carpeting came out. It was completely dry within four hours. I definitely will be using them again.

I had a pipe break in one of our rental properties and the carpeting was flooding. I called Satisfaction Plus to have them respond to the situation. They came in an expedited manner and cleaned/sanitized the carpeting. Their service and price made both, us and the tenant very happy.

The owner, Art, came out and explained what he could do, what was possible and what it would cost. There were no surprises and the bill was exactly as he said it would be at the end. I had kind of given up on the carpeting but Art's crew was able to breathe new life into them. I have had him back multiple times since and I also had him to the carpeting in my personal residence where he even was able to touch up and clean a few stains on a Queen Anne chair that my dog had messed up. He was professional, timely, and did exactly what he said he would do.

The carpets came out looking new. They got rid of a few stains on the entrance rug. It only took forty-five minutes and it looks great. Howard was very friendly and conscientious. I am very pleased with their service.
