Project management skills I also have solid people skills such as hiring, training, and managing a crew. Basic finance and budgeting, tracking costs, payroll, pricing jobs, and keeping cash flow healthy. I have dealt with clients and handle complaints without losing my cool. I know cleaning standards and safety, understand chemicals, equipment, and OSHA rules well enough to keep everyone safe. For responsibilities, I’m in charge of finding and keeping clients through bids and outreach. Scheduling jobs and making sure the right team shows up for the right job

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "We had a mishap in our house that led to a somewhat large stain in the carpeting. Tony cleaned our carpets last year, so we had him come back, primarily to address the stain but to clean the carpets in general plus our sofa and love seat. The stain is gone & the carpets/sofa/love seat are all clean, looking like a million bucks. Based on two experiences, I'll only use Tony's PureSteam service going forward!"

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more
for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about
extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards
my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in
parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the
owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another
day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and
everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up
(lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others,
this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have
opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time.

"The rug was beautifully cleaned. A potted tree had leaked on it, creating a stain and mildew. Dave's Magikist did a great job cleaning and restoring the rug to original condition. Delivery back to Hartland was on time as promised and the staff was great to deal with.
