As a cleaning company owner im really juggling three roles at once, business owner, employer, and service provider. I have strong organizing and scheduling skills to route crews and equipment to the right places on time. Project management skills I also have solid people skills such as hiring, training, and managing a crew. Basic finance and budgeting, tracking costs, payroll, pricing jobs, and keeping cash flow healthy. I have dealt with clients and handle complaints without losing my cool. I know cleaning standards and safety, understand chemicals, equipment, and OSHA rules well enough to keep everyone safe. For responsibilities, I’m in charge of finding and keeping clients through bids and outreach. Scheduling jobs and making sure the right team shows up for the right job

And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "The owner, Art, came out and explained what he could do, what was possible and what it would cost. There were no surprises and the bill was exactly as he said it would be at the end. I had kind of given up on the carpeting but Art's crew was able to breathe new life into them. I have had him back multiple times since and I also had him to the carpeting in my personal residence where he even was able to touch up and clean a few stains on a Queen Anne chair that my dog had messed up. He was professional, timely, and did exactly what he said he would do."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"It was an okay service. Overall I thought they could have gotten the carpets a little bit cleaner. Two cleaners came out. They cleaned 4 rooms and I think we had to pay extra, because the sizes of the rooms were bigger. There was no extra step to deotorize, they mentioned that it was already in their carpet cleaning mixture. I wished there was an actual deodorize step. I figured you would clean it first and then deodorize."
