"Len came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, right before a Badger game. He was a very pleasant man, with a cheery story or two to tell. There was no pressure in the sales, but we quickly agreed to be put on the schedule. Len recommended the paint brand to get to help our colors stand out more. The crew arrived on our street by 6:35, but waited until 7:00, as promised to take over our house. They did an absolutely fantastic job and were meticulous in their work. Within 1/2 hour of their arrival they had the entire area COVERED in drop cloths. They patched what needed to be patched beautifully while others were busy trimming and painting. I failed to ask Len to paint our utility room and when I mentioned it, Len said he had planned on painting it anyway, as the job would look incomplete if they didn't. They were finished and gone by the time I returned at 3:30 in the afternoon. I found no drips or drops of any sort. I can't wait to have them back for the rest of the house."

"Steve is the best plumber. He returns calls promptly, he arrives when promised or calls if delayed and his competitively-priced work is expertly and efficiently completed. I have used this plumber for years during large remodeling projects and smaller plumbing jobs like this last one. The toilet that needed to be replaced was only three years old and used primarily by guests. I was proud of myself for getting such a good (cheap) price on it until Steve told me while he was installing it (in his charming accent) "you gonna have problems with this one". He was right and three years later he replaced that overflowing, persnickety nighmare of a toilet with a new Kohler. I no longer wonder and worry what the toilet will do when a guest asks to use that rest room. Steve replaced the burned out instant hot water heater and kitchen faucet while working in very tight quarters and granite counter tops. No mess. No fuss. Thanks Steve for being a plumber I can rely on."

"I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. "JJB was great from start to finish. They were responsive to our initial inquiry, responded to any all all questions in a timely manner, did great work, and everything was completed (site visit, quote, adjustments to plans and cost, and all of the actual work) in less than one month's time! We wanted to change a barn door setup that was separating a bedroom from a bathroom into a pocket door, and they handled closing off the wall and installing the new door. We also worked with them to get both sides of the wall (and the rest of the bedroom walls) painted. Finally, they helped with some floor repairs due to wood underneath the carpet having caved in in a few small spots."

"We wanted a complete kitchen remodel along with creating an open concept family /kitchen/dining room. After meeting with a few local contractors we chose Roger and Kitchen Krafters. This was a very large project which encompassed our entire main floor. He took the time needed to meet with us over the course of several months to plan our project. He also spent time educating us on the best ways to maximize our dollars spent for the maximum impact towards our vision and to stay close to our budget. He would give great options where monies may be better spent or where he thought we wouldn't want to pass up or cut corners on certain areas, revisiting this with us along the continuum of the project. Ultimately he came up with the perfect layout to accommodate the open space we wanted along with a large island, plenty of cabinets, and functional space. He did all of this in a relatively small space, but made it feel large yet cozy. Roger created more space for us in our dining room by bumping out a wall. He also removed an existing wall and part of another wall to open up our space. This in turn created rerouting some electrical and venting, which all worked out very well. We bought our own flooring, (bamboo which we love) and his crew installed it doing a marvelous job. In the end Roger talked us into doing the bamboo on the entire main floor, and we couldn't be happier with it! Needless to say with all of this renovation we were limited to our upstairs and basement. When we were home while his crews were working they were respectful and efficient. We are now able to entertain at our large island, enjoy the family room space, and work in our kitchen without being on top of one another. His work is immaculate! He installs all the cabinets himself, and they are gorgeous and functional. The cabinets truly are the crown jewel of the project! Roger also installed a fantastic hood vent for us. His tile worker beautifully installed our subway tile, and we couldn't imagine our kitchen without it- a true WOW factor. It is our back splash and climbs the wall behind our hood. Getting the floor boards ordered and installed was a headache which we hadn't anticipated, but that also turned out wonderfully despite the extra work and price tag. There were a few bumps along the way as there are with any project, but the end result is truly magnificent! Lighting was a another huge project. We had our dining room chandelier moved, had under mount cabinet lighting installed, new dimmers, recessed lighting throughout the kitchen, hallway, and some in family room, and pendants added over the island. Just deciding which lights to use is exciting and fun, and they are all amazing! Lighting changed the look of the entire space. We would gladly and enthusiastically hire Roger again and we highly recommend Roger and his crews for your next job."
