"LEN AND HIS TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT OUR NEW HOUSE. WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US ON HIS SCHEDULE JUST A WEEK OR TWO LATER. "I overfilled my garbage disposer!! My sink had 2 inches of water as a result of my trying a plunger to clear it. I called RS Plumbing at 4:45 in the afternoon and Steve came the next morning at 8:00.

He had me clear the area around the basement pipes in case the clog was more major than I hoped. He was able to clear the drain only in the kitchen area. He worked efficiently and had the drain running freely. I asked him to check the dishwasher hosing in case that was part of the blockage. I have had problems with that before.

Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. They were responsive to our initial inquiry, responded to any all all questions in a timely manner, did great work, and everything was completed (site visit, quote, adjustments to plans and cost, and all of the actual work) in less than one month's time! We wanted to change a barn door setup that was separating a bedroom from a bathroom into a pocket door, and they handled closing off the wall and installing the new door. We also worked with them to get both sides of the wall (and the rest of the bedroom walls) painted. Finally, they helped with some floor repairs due to wood underneath the carpet having caved in in a few small spots."
