"The senior project specialist was Jimmy. He did a great job of keeping us informed at all stages of the project (interior drain tile installation). Nanod was the plumber who did the final installation of the sump pump set-up and discharge configuration. Nanod did an outstanding job on the route of the discharge piping , having assessed that the originally considered discharge configuration might have adversely affected our neighbor."

"Same day service performed once I discovered this morning I had a problem with house/well pressure. Essentially, the "T" fitting that was installed in 2008, by another company along with new pump, had rusted a hole thru it on backside of fitting (galvanized). Pump was running constantly unable to build up pressure.
Installer replaced with a brass fitting (pulling pipe up from well) and made corrections to how the vertical and horizontal pipes were aligned/supported.
They were very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. I even got a follow up call after service was completed. Found on Angie's list and was not disappointed. In the event I need further service, they get the

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"The customer service was excellent. Joel was very patient and answered every question I had and more. They were running late but were committed to getting the job done irregardless of whether they had to work into the evening. They were considerate of the flooring and kept a very neat work space. They picked up my new water heater and even returned the old one! They also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. I would recommend them to anyone and I am VERY hard to impress."

"We signed contract in mid-August but needed to delay work until some landscaping that we had ordered was completed. Other delays occurred due to weather. Nick kept in contact on a weekly basis until we found date that worked. He and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and kept at the job until it was done. One shutter arrived damaged from the company so Nick sent it back. He made sure that the correct holes were made by the window to accept the re-ordered shutter so that anyone form his crew could stop by and install it once they received it. All of the other work was done in less than one day due to the nice size of the crew. Everyone on the crew were very pleasant and neat.
