"They didn’t actually do the service.  I called close to the expiration time and he was willing to schedule something after that period of time, which I appreciated.  As far as I know he didn’t show up for the estimate appointment; I called him and haven’t heard back."

If your garbage disposal needs resetting, you may notice this button sticking out about a quarter of an inch from the surface of the unit, with which it’s usually flush. These appliances do unscrew, but you need to disconnect everything properly when you replace your garbage disposal.
