Description of Work: This is the second time I have contacted Thierfelder regarding a problem with our house. On both occasions the problems was resolved without the need for them to get involved in the repair. I am submitting this report because they are always very helpful and willing to respond to my concerns, even though repairs are not the major segment of their business. I would definitely call them if I had a big household project. They seem like first class professionals based on my experience with them.
