"went very well.  We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection.  At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement.  In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace.   I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak.  He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.

I’m Nick Herman, from the Green Bay area. Most of my career has been in flexo printing — running plants, training operators, and solving problems when the line is down.
