We have been serving the valley for over 50 years with our family history in the trades since the 1920's. We are a service oriented business that performs over 6,000 calls per year. The technician who did the inspection was very professional and answered all questions and provided information. The person who did the estimate was also very professional and provided several options for a new furnace. I did not end up taking their estimate however.

It went great. Our technician knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and the price was reasonable. He replaced filters and a saddle valve on the April Air humidifier. He tested everything and cleaned it thoroughly.

Quality of service was excellent. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived 30 minutes early though, which was a bit frustrating.

If they are within the area they may just drive over to check. If you want us to wait until the appointment time we can do that. Dan confirmed our suspicion that we needed a new furnace. Fast response when I made an online request. Request submitted at 8am response was made immediately. Dan was here at 11am. Considering most companies have time scheduled out for days if not weeks........Could not ask for a better company.

Great. My AC went out on a Monday late after noon called Tuesday morning at 8 am CW had it back up and running by 1130 am Mike the service tech came in between one of his service calls to get my AC running Thanks Mike

Short version we need a new a/c unit. Freon leak too large to repair and unit is 19 years old. Hence recommended replacing unit.

Very well! The repairman showed up the same day, despite the 90º temps and high volume of service calls. I was expecting another night of lousy sleep because of the heat, but was able to sleep well in my effectively air conditioned house!
