"For a long time, I have been thinking about converting the bath and shower in my upstairs bathroom to a walk-in shower. After meeting with Sales Rep Ryan Latko and finding out that Mad City Home Improvement had a lifetime, transferable non-prorated all-inclusive warranty, I gladly picked out all the items I would need for my shower and said to get me on the schedule for my install. And then on Tuesday, November 25, Walter showed up to do my demolition and new install. Walter worked all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving) and I could not be more pleased with the final product – my new and exciting walk-in shower. I spent time each day watching Walter work, asking questions, and making a photo diary of the entire process. If I had to tell someone what I thought of Walter, I would say he was extremely personable, a definite perfectionist, and an absolute wonderful individual as a person and as an employee of Mad City Home Improvement.
