From the full one-hour presentation of their durable product to the friendly customer service throughout the process, I was as satisfied as a Thanksgiving meal! The project I had them come out and quote was for windows. Prior to Mad City, I had a few other companies come over for some quotes and it was a quick 10-15-minute ordeal where they took window measurements and emailed me numbers. Please note I have enough skilled family members where I was just looking for the windows to be made and I would install myself. However, nonetheless, I was surprised when the salesperson was in my home for close to an hour! I was happy to understand windows more and being a visual learner, the show and tell concept was right up my alley! The salesperson was able to answer all my questions during the meeting as well as after when other questions emerged. Mad City was willing to work with me for all my needs and came in at a very fair price! Their options for 0% financing was also a bonus as I was a first-year homeowner and realizing windows can be expensive. I was appreciative that the salesperson allowed options. For example, instead of ordering 10 windows, I was able to get it down to 7 just by converting some double hangs into sliders. This also saved money and before, I would have not known that was an option, unless the time was taken to explain. Another bonus about Mad City was the customer service. I called after hours and someone STILL picked up. I apologized, not realizing the time but had an urgent question. The customer service representative noted it was after hours but would have someone follow and call me the next day. Well, right away the next day, I had an answer. I was more than pleased with the work crew and they worked their tails off to finish my windows project in one day instead of having to come back as I had a busy day the next day too. Overall, I was treated like a person and not just a "project" through the whole experience. I would highly recommend Mad City Windows and Bath for any project

"The project couldn't have gone better! A new purchase for me, this 1910 remodeled home was badly in need of gutters to drain the roof runoff away from the foundation. I received some quotes from local vendors, but settled on this contractor primarily because of the cost/quality benefit, especially for a covered gutter system, and also the Angie's list reviews. They scheduled the work promptly and gave me the anticipated installation date and confirmed the date as it approached. They were a bit behind schedule on the day of install and a call to inform me of that would have been nice, but that was the only (minor) issue of an otherwise flawless project. Once the work started, the installers worked very hard, and in not very nice weather as it turned out (snow and sleet in April!), to complete the job on time. They were extremely professional and courteous, kept the work area neat, worked steadily and very hard and took time afterward to walk the job with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The finished product looks very nice and I am very pleased with its performance. I anticipate many years of NOT having to get up on a ladder clean out gutter mess! Highly recommend the product and this company!
