Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

First vm (9/26) was not responded to; 2nd call (9/30) I called and got a person but again, I got no call from repair service. I then got a call from Caleb (10/1) asking if repair service had called me (no); I called again (10/5) and finally received a call from Kaitlin that evening to schedule an appointment. No service appointment was available until 10/29! This is so not acceptable to have to wait this long, through no fault of my own, to have a broken blind looked at!

C&T Siding replaced six windows in our stucco home this summer with new Marvin Infinity windows. All trim fit perfectly against cabinets and kitchen wall tile. C&T Siding did all the staining and finishing of the windows and trim prior to installation to match our original window color. These windows are expensive, but this is the second batch of Infinity windows we have installed in our home due to their quality and the quality of the installation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

Korger's Decorating & Fine FurnitureThey came out free of charge and measured 10 windows for window treatments. We ordered treatments for only 2 windows from them for now; when we are ready for the others, they would have the measurements anyways. I worked with 2 different people for this and both of them knew what the other one was doing, which was nice. They have an expert color consultant that we used to put colors together so that we could get ready for painting. They have good products too, as far as the carpets and the window treatments are concerned. I like their staff. They give their time for the work, and the workmanship is excellent. I’ve used them from 2004 right up to about a month ago, and would use them again in the future. I would rate them highly.- Mary C.

Budget Blinds of RosevilleBudget Blinds of Roseville did a nice job and was very friendly and very courteous. They did the job and came back. One didn't work right and they had the wrong equipment and came back and put in a new one and it worked out real good. They were very friendly and that means a lot to me and my wife. Argo glass & windowsI replaced one window with a broken frame and seal and several windows with broken balances, latches, and shoes. Stan and Sam came out and did an assessment and gave me a price quote right there - they ordered the materials with no money down like the other poster said. The prices they quoted were reasonable and I saved a lot of money over full replacement. 2 weeks later they came out and did the job in one afternoon. At one point during the repair. Great crew - very professional, helpful, and honest. They are very responsive over the phone, take the time to explain the repairs, and show you what needs to be done. Ellner's Custom Window TreatmentThey had to re-order because they ordered the wrong size. Did not leave any leveling tools as I was told by customer service that they should have. Also installed used batteries instead of brand new ones so blinds wouldn't remotely open during cold months, due to the weak batteries installed. Absolutely NO follow up after the final installation. Spilled their cola all over my kitchen and didn't even have the decency to tell me about it. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.- Ann C.
