I went back and forth on if I should repair or replace my water heater. Joe was very upfront about the condition that my 2014 water heater should have plenty of life left in it and it would be dishonest of him to push a new water heater on me. Joe was very honest and told me I could try to replace certain pieces first before actually replacing the water heater. Overall I decided it was cheaper to just replace my water heater. When Joe's son came out he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I couldn't be more happy that I chose this company. I will be using them in the future."

I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Ryan and Mike removed and replaced my old bath tub, removed damaged drywall and installed cement wall board along with up grading the water valves with a Moen single lever unit. They cleaned up and was done in very little time, given the task at hand. The price was better than expected, I would whole heartily use thier services again, recommend them to all needing work done."

"Two installers showed up about 5 minutes early to install our new furnace. The installation took the entire day, but by early afternoon we had a new furnace, our old furnace was gone, and they had picked up most all of the debris from the job. The two workers were also joined by an electrician for part of the day. Our one issue with the new furnace was the loudness of the booster fan. I called Jeff a couple of days later and he immediately arranged for the replacement of this fan with another fan. The new fan is much less noisy than the first one and I appreciate how promptly they addressed our one and only concern."

"The tank for the well pump inside the house ruptured. They came out, and assesed the problem, and replaced the tank same day with a new one, as well as replaced some minor plumbing around the tank. he then flushed and cleaned all the plumbing throughout the house to make sure all of the black material from inside the tank had been flushed through the syste, The only problem I had with the project is the installer did not fully clean up after the project resulting in water that had leaked during the installation on the basement floor. Since it had gone through the pump prior to leaking there water was black from the inside of the tank and very difficult to clean."
