We had some tiles cave in around a shower faucet area and Jack was able to remove the tiles, place the proper waterproof board behind the wall and replace and grout the tiles afterward. This included reinstalling the faucets etc. He also removed all the old backing and adhesive on the tiles so they could be reused and properly replaced. Jack did a great job for us and even went above and beyond what we hired him for by cutting some old rusted hinges off the cabinets in that bathroom that I had not been able to get off myself. I just happened to mention I was in the process of preparing to paint the cabinets in there but hadn't been able to get all the hinges off. When I came back to see how things were going with the shower, Jack had quickly and easily removed the rest of those rusted hinges for me. He was hardworking an personable. If he was delayed from another job, he was very good about calling to let me know. We are still letting the grout cure but I am very pleased with how the shower looks now that Jack is done with the repair. I will definitely use him again for the next handyman project we may need done.

BESIDES SOME SMALL PROJECTS IN HOME JACK DID A GREAT JOB POWER WASHING AND STAINING DECK AS WELL AS POWERWASHING BRICKS AROUND HOME. HE WAS ALSO GREAT WITH COMMUNICATION SINCE I WAS NOT LIVING IN THE HOME HE WAS WORKING ON.
