"Phil graciously offered to move the birds' nest for us (I know that seems like a little thing, but the other contractors who submitted lower bids for the project did not make the effort to take care of our feathered friends), and then proceeded to complete all the repairs earlier than expected, and with such quality work that rest of our house feels a bit inadequate! We will definitely contact Phil and Fritz for our next project."

"Granzow Home Improvement exceeded our expectations. We received a detail and competitive quote. From the initial consultation to the finished project Rick and Bob displayed honesty, integrity, transparency, and high quality work. Communication was excellent from the initial bid to the final walk through. Rick kept us informed every step of the way, so we knew exactly what to expect. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. We had a few change requests throughout the process and they were willing and happy to make the changes as requested. Rick and Bob take pride in their work and it shows in their design and finished product. I highly recommend Granzow Home Improvements. You will not be disappointed."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Bob and Rick did an incredible job finishing our basement. They were willing and able to accommodate all of our requests and maintained open lines of communication throughout the entirety of the project. Rick responded to all communications very quickly and was always willing to field a call with any questions. From the start of the bidding process through the end of construction, Bob and Rick were always professional and provided guidance and transparency at every step while still allowing us some creative flexibility during the design process. We are consistently getting compliments on the superb craftsmanship of our basement. If you are looking for a professional team, clear and timely communication, and magnificent quality of work, I highly recommend Rick and Bob at Granzow Home Improvements."

"We had Shire Group work on a remodel of a new office for us. They removed walls, framed in new doorways, and, in an ample space, created five new offices from the ground up. They asked questions that we never would have thought of. After completing the project, many visitors asked about their work besides the new offices. This shows how detailed they were; people could not tell new trim from old trim, removed doorways, moved light switches, and turned an old mailroom into extra space in our kitchen."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"Great overall experience. Matrix was able to design and do a whole basement in about 3 months time from start to finish. Having an available field project manager(Jim Thuerk) made a world of difference. Any issue or curveball was handled quickly and effectively by Jim and his team. Each trade was respectful to our home and easy to work with. The Builder Trend App kept our family informed of each task in real time. Overall, we know we paid a little more than we could have, but we feel we have a final product that matches the price. Great job."
