This shows how detailed they were; people could not tell new trim from old trim, removed doorways, moved light switches, and turned an old mailroom into extra space in our kitchen."

While that is their choice, it was not a beneficial use of my time or his to call me regarding this project request. He did not let me tell him that there is expectation above and beyond the insurance claim for this remodel, he just cut me off in the middle of the statement. We were already planning a remodel prior to the water damage occuring."
