"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"We had Shire Group work on a remodel of a new office for us. They removed walls, framed in new doorways, and, in an ample space, created five new offices from the ground up. They asked questions that we never would have thought of. After completing the project, many visitors asked about their work besides the new offices. This shows how detailed they were; people could not tell new trim from old trim, removed doorways, moved light switches, and turned an old mailroom into extra space in our kitchen."

"This contractor does not do the work I need completed, they also need to list in their profile that they will not work with insurance claims. While that is their choice, it was not a beneficial use of my time or his to call me regarding this project request. He did not let me tell him that there is expectation above and beyond the insurance claim for this remodel, he just cut me off in the middle of the statement. We were already planning a remodel prior to the water damage occuring."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"I’m on the board of a non profit in Madison. We have four homes in the community that support adults with developmental disabilities. Josh has done a number of jobs for us. - Bathroom remodel which included a walk in shower -Researched and installed a house entry ramp -Assessed and remedied a drainage problem and repaired the drywall, molding, etc. on the interior Josh has been available on an on call basis when situations come up at our houses. We know we are very fortunate to have connected with him. Josh is personable, resourceful and efficient. He listens to the needs we have, is considerate of the residents and is very reasonable. I highly recommend Josh."

"Clair was very friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process from company history to final product design. She made me feel comfortable with all aspects of pricing and options. Looking forward to the installation of shower and surround."

"Sales rep was very efficient about getting my job on the schedule and sharing any price changes. When it came to the actual day of work, crew manager did not communicate delay and had to reschedule for later in the week. Communication about end project (ie. condition of current flooring because is 100+ year old house) was not shared adequately. Owner of company responded to my questions and concerns. Overall decent company."

New business focused on quality work everytime.

"Designed my garage very high quality"
