With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

While that is their choice, it was not a beneficial use of my time or his to call me regarding this project request. He did not let me tell him that there is expectation above and beyond the insurance claim for this remodel, he just cut me off in the middle of the statement. We were already planning a remodel prior to the water damage occuring."

They asked questions that we never would have thought of. After completing the project, many visitors asked about their work besides the new offices. This shows how detailed they were; people could not tell new trim from old trim, removed doorways, moved light switches, and turned an old mailroom into extra space in our kitchen."

Communication about end project (ie. condition of current flooring because is 100+ year old house) was not shared adequately. Owner of company responded to my questions and concerns. Overall decent company."
