Once work started, the reconstruction went very quickly and Nick had all the subcontractors lined up with constant activity at our house until the job was done. "The work was good. A group of workers came to do the work who were directed by someone else who was working for Watry Homes. I felt like I was a little misled since Watry claimed not to use subcontractors. Subsequently, they came (mid Dec. 2010) and repaired at no cost to me damage I caused on the roof during shoveling. Very generous of them!"

Cost is determined by the job and there is rarely a down payment required. I accept cash, checks, most major credit cards (through PayPal - even for clients with no PayPal account and I can accept cards in person as well), PayPal transfers, and also offer installment plans for approved clients. We do all the work ourselves, are fully insured, and if a sub-contractor is needed for some aspect of the job (i.e. plumbing/electric) this will be specified at the time of the estimate.
