Signed a contract with this contractor at the beginning of April to build a gazebo in our backyard. Sent a deposit at that time They committed to starting work in late August-early September. As of today, October 1st, no work. The contractor keeps delaying and delaying and blaming everyone but themselves. Zero communication from the contractor on the status of our project. We constantly needed to reach out to them to find out what was happening and then all we got was more delays. Our job was only a $42,000 project which I guess is too small for them to worry about. But the lack of follow-up or communication is stunning! This was a 12' x 12' screened-in building with a concrete slab. Each subcontractor probably had a day or two of work, so doing nothing for 6 months is crazy. I would not recommend this contractor for any job. Their lack of communication, organization and professionalism is disappointing.

It was perfect. He was on top of it. He knew the subs who have the skills and he coordinated everything beautifully. He is an A+ across the board. If I send him an email, I get a response within the same day. He's always on top of things. It was the best experience I've ever had.
