From the very beginning of the project Matt and Celina were willing to work with us and answer every question we had and every design suggestion we asked them to weigh in on. With our home renovation we were out of our house for over a month and MH Renovations and their subcontractors were in our house 6 days a week. After weeks of Matts crews being in our home and stopping by to see the progress it felt like everyone was family. "I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"Called through phone book and received quote from three different companies. Sparky's was polite, on time and charged an average fee for the work completed. He even left to purchase the material himself. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and looks very good. I only had one issue which was very small. When I went to pay him he mentioned if I was on Angie's List. When I told him I wasn't but loved their commercials, he told me it was too bad because I could have received a discount. Ouch... that hurt. It is one thing to mention a way of finding a great electrician, and I am now a member of Angie's List but to be told I could have received a discount and not gotten it kind of hurt my feelings. All-in-all, he is still a good electrician and I will call him again when the need arises. Maybe I can take advantage of the discount then?!?"

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
