Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

Tony cleaned our carpets last year, so we had him come back, primarily to address the stain but to clean the carpets in general plus our sofa and love seat. The stain is gone & the carpets/sofa/love seat are all clean, looking like a million bucks. Based on two experiences, I'll only use Tony's PureSteam service going forward!"

"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more
for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about
extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards
my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in
parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the
owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another
day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and
everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up
(lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others,
this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have
opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time.

I believe I did not give good direction as to what I would Iike washed with what soap, and where to get rid of the waste water, etc. I did not see many rags used or paper towels. They did come 1 hr. early (just getting ready to eat some oatmeal). The women were very professional otherwise."

"We have two modern rugs that needed cleaning. They weren't overly expensive but have worn well and seemed worth cleaning. One was a 8 foot circular rug used in the breakfast area of the kitchen for a couple of decades at least. The other was a decade old 6 by 10 foot but it had some blue pen stains from our dog eating a pen on it. The stains were well set. They picked both rugs up and took them in. When returned the circular rug was noticeably cleaner to me and I could see again that it had a 1 inch black out border that was now very distinct from a 2 inch inner chocolate brown border. The colors popped again as well. Surprisingly the other rug no longer had the ink stains - they were totally gone - a very pleasant surprise. That rug looked great as well. They brought them both back and put them where they had been. We were very happy with their service, convenience and price. Thanks!"
