Jeff did a fabulous job on the off-white carpeting in my living room and on my stairs. I have never hired a professional carpet cleaning service before - and cleaned my carpets with a personal carpet cleaning device. My carpet looks new - even a huge improvement on the stairs! I am so so happy with the job and the people at Paul's Carpet Cleaning. Just a wonderful business to do business with!!

Great! We have had some sick dogs the last few years and Jeff and his brother have done an amazing job cleaning and taking the stains out of our carpets and upholstery. Jeff and his family are wonderful, conscientious and hardworking people. They also clean for my elderly mother who lives alone. I have complete trust they will do a good job cleaning and be respectful and honest with my mother.

Jeff did a wonderful job - the carpets look like new. He arrived right on time. He cleaned the rooms in an order that left us a good place to sit while he worked. He reminded us that wet carpeting can cause falls and to be careful when we were walking around. I would highly recommend him.

Jeff and Rich showed up promptly for the initial inspection. We had discovered to our dismay that under a recliner there was significant staining from black grease from the recliner mechanism that we didn't realize was there. Jeff and Rich assured us they could get it clean and amazingly enough they did, Jeff showed up for the cleaning appointment on time, was pleasant to work with and ultimately did a great job for us, we're very happy. It was great to deal with Jeff, Rich and their mom (office phone), their pricing was very fair and competitive and we would definitely hire them again.

Jeff and Rich did an amazing job! Not only did they come the day of my call, but only an hour or so after calling. Our dog had gotten sick and thus had an accident on the carpet in our family room. After calling Paul's Carpet & Furniture Cleaning, they arrived timely and were able to get up all the feces - no stains and no odor left! They did the job in 30 minutes, and were so knowledgeable and kind. They explained everything in detail. Amazing service! I will be calling them for all my carpet cleaning needs!

Excellent. Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Confirmed the work with a walk-through before starting. Removed the sofa cleaning after verifying that the material was dry clean only. Completed within the time frame they said. And the family is so kind--love family-owned businesses.

The experience was fantastic. Jeff and Rich came and picked up my rugs, when the rugs were clean and ready to be returned they scheduled a time to drop them off and to also clean my stairs. They returned my rugs to where they belonged and my stairs turned out great. Both Jeff and Rich are super nice. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

We have hired Jeff of Paul's Carpet several years. Each time he arrived right on time, did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. He works hard to get out all of the stains that a year of kids and dogs tracking in cause! The office staff that schedules services (Sue) is also exceptionally helpful and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with Paul’s carpet cleaning service. My husband felt they did a wonderful job. We had had a sick dog in the past that had left some spots on the carpet and they were able to get them out. They were professional, polite and kind to my blind dog. The only regret is I didn’t call them sooner! I will definitely call them again!
