"I can't imagine things going any better than they did. When I first called, the owner answered the phone and I gave him a quick overview of what needed to be done. He came over a couple of hours later to review the job and gave me an estimate. Once I had the cook top, I called to schedule the work and only had to wait a couple of days to get the work done.
