"We were recommended JetJen as the "Top of the List" by a welding supplier in Bremerton for our unique need. Prior to our annual trip to TX, during my prior to departure inspection I observer a suspension hanger had tore away from the main I-beam. I went through 3 local RV Dealers who all turned down the repairs. JetJen was the only one who not only accepted the work, he took it as a challenge. For a whole week after his 10-12hr "day job", they worked tirelessly for hours each night until the repair was better than off the assembly line. We are now in TX without any problems. "Jerrod the owner of Archstone was emphatic to point out that he is one of the best if not the best and a very conscientious and honest man. He said the mortar on exterior house wall is very hard and can't be ground out. Per his expert advise the best things is pressure wash and scrape out loose and damaged mortar and use sponging technique to fill in cavities with type S mortar. I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed."

"Confident after seeing many houses with Town & Country Fence sign installations, we have decided to have Town & Country Fence (Lynnwood) replace and install our fences in 2015. We signed up for fences with "24 inches Concrete and Pipe Base Posts", which comes with a 10 year warranty. Everything looked great in the beginning. However, within 2 years (2017), we noticed some of the posts twisted and cracked. Thankfully, Town & Country Lynnwood responded and repaired it accordingly. In 2019, we noticed 4 of the posts to be wobbly and bent/leaning from the fence line. We called and they sent their guy over to check it out. Out of the 4 wobbly posts, Town & Country decided to only fix & replace 1 (one) post ! When their crew came to fix that 1 (one) post, we all discovered: the pipe posts were installed on shallow 5 inches (versus 24 inches) concrete. Being that the concrete was 19 inches shorter or 79% off from specs, we felt shortchanged. We were confused why Town & Country Lynnwood would allow shabby workmanship and not redeem itself by repairing the remaining 3 wobbly posts. Early summer 2020, we decided to call Town & Country Lynnwood again to re-address this remaining matter. Their guy came today July 21 and took pictures of the other 3 wobbly and undersized fence posts (pictures attached showing 6- 7 1/2 inches of concrete base only instead of 24 inch specification) and cryptically said, "I'll show the pictures to the managers and the managers will call you. Maybe we will submit a bid to you". Learning about: posts resting on shallow concrete 79% below specifications, and defiant customer service that does not seem to listen even if the 10 year warranty is still valid... only sums up one word: FRUSTRATION. Of course, there's always hope for redemption. If they did, I will update on this matter again."

"Fantastic - Scott Taylor agreed to rebuild our large, old deck even though it was at our cabin out in the mountains. He then had many good ideas about how to redesign the original deck in ways that were more efficient and also looked better. He was very communicative and explained everything as we went along. He and his team worked day and night, even in the pouring rain and during the challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely hire him again, he is so professional and also very personable."

"From the beginning of our house project up until the end, Shawn and Shannon from Select Build were great to work with. I could not have asked for a better company and people to work with. They were responsive to every question, need, and concern that we had. They offered suggestions, helped us problem solve, helped us think through what we wanted and the best way for us to achieve a specific look, and took lots of time to educate us about our house and what options would look best (while being transparent about costs for specific materials or requests). Our process began in January 2021 with an estimate - Shawn and Shannon were easy to schedule an estimate with, they showed up on time, and walked our property to get an idea of the work that we wanted done. They made suggestions for us to consider and allowed us to really be creative in what we wanted and offered pros/cons about what we were thinking. Once we signed the agreement, Shawn and Shannon communicated with us in terms of when the project would start, what the timelines were for the permits, an estimate of how long it would take to get materials, and they provided us with lots of links to materials and pictures for us to consider. They also suggested different ways for us to get ideas on house and trim colors, siding options (textures, sizes, etc.), porch designs, front doors, storm doors, door locks, lighting fixtures, decking materials, railings, and mailboxes. With each new decision that we had to make, Shawn and Shannon were right there with us. Shawn and Shannon also recommended different businesses for us to use (based on their experiences) once it was time to purchase our front door and storm door. They also took care of any scheduling and communication with the electrician, plumber, and gutter company. Shawn and Shannon communicated with us daily, either in person, by text, and by phone. Each week we knew exactly what they were working on, what the goals were for the week, when they would be on site, and if any delays occurred. Two things really stand out for me about Shawn, Shannon, Scott, and Select Build. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are outstanding. Even down to the smallest details, details that I would have probably never noticed were attended to. From covering the screws on the deck boards for a seamless finish to the batten board spacing for just the right look. But, probably what stands out to me most, is the kindness and care that Select Build showed us (and our dog who was often interested in seeing what was going on) throughout the whole process. They were genuinely interested in getting to know us and making sure that we were happy with our house in the end."
