Doug put in some hardwood floors and a pantry for me, he did a great job. Showed up when he said he would, left the place spotless at end of the day and finished up on time.

Let it Reign Construction did a wonderful job with this project. Doug provided a comprehensive estimate that far exceeded other bid both in detail and price. The crew was very professional and did great finishing the job quickly. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and appreciate the cleanliness the crew had when they were finished each day. I would highly recommend Let It Reign Construction for any project.

Doug gladly helped us go through 2 design changes. He was so patient through our decision process. We were impressed by the speed at which he responded to all of our questions. Doug pointed out quickly where he saw potential trouble and helped us to build any potential issues into our budget. He stayed on budget and in my opinion went over and above our expectations and timeline. The deck turned out beautiful and got all of our water damage fixed and sealed up so we won't have to deal with these problems again in the future. He also made really helpful suggestions for future projects that will help protect our house from future water damage. He and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up, leaving us with no mess. Not to mention they were all really nice and awesome to work with.

He did a great job in a very short time. He replaced the three skylights I had on my roof, took away the old debris and was professional in every way.

I had a roof repair done for a leak by another contractor and after two attempts the problem was not resolved. A roofing supply company gave me several roofing contractor names they recommend and Doug was the only one that answered my inquiry quickly and even was able to give a bid the same day. He also was able to schedule the repair quickly into his schedule as a favor, because the repair needed to be completed before the closing date as the house had been sold. I think the repair was also done at a reasonable rate. While I couldn't be present for the repairs, I was kept up to date by Doug with photos of the work being done. He also did a thorough inspection of the surrounding area for water damage, as well as provide photos of the areas inspected as proof that no further work would be needed beyond the work done on the roof. Doug has lots of experience and also does torch down work, which is not a common practice amongst many general roofing companies. Many of the roofing companies I contacted on the list don't do torch down work, which is really what was needed with the poor design of the roof on my home. If you need a new roof or repairs, I think Doug really should be your first call. In addition they also do other contracting work beyond roofing.

They are really busy. They did nice work and did not give me a receipt for half the work. Punctuality and professionalism was excellent. He works for himself, so he is very concerned with the work that he does. I would say that the pricing was fair.

After calling in for an estimate they got right back to me. They were the lowest bid out of the 2 contractors I called. We have a high pitched roof and they did not hesitate to take the job. It went fast and smooth, hardly knew they were here.

The original price was around $10,000, however it was discovered that one of the main support beams was rotted almost all the way through and a couple of other beams needed to be replace as well. This, with labor, added another $10,000, but was not unexpected. Over-all the experience was excellent and I would have no trouble recommending them.

They did a good job and gave a good price. I have nothing to complain about them.

The project went great!

Went well. There were no major surprises considering the age of the roof. All of the potential issues were discussed and priced beforehand. Any minor unforeseen changes were addressed quickly and fairly. The crew were on time, professional and stuck to the schedule.

They came out several times to do the work. They are ok for that. They are not perfectionist but aren't charging much. The price was right for the workmanship. They required more critcal supervisor then normal.

Let it Reign actually was able to start the project before their original start date. They were punctual and hard-working. The job was done quickly. Many little extras were provided, such as new vent stacks, and a new furnace stack.

Doug had his team out there the day after we agreed on the terms and gave him my initial payment. Things went very well and I was impressed with his attention to detail. For example: Doug noticed that a portion of the roof added later didn't have matching trim as the rest of the roof and didn't align properly where it connected. Doug went ahead and matched up the trim and shimmed up the alignment at no charge. Also, knowing that we planned to sell our house soon, Doug gave good advice about additional work to be done (outside of the roofing job) not as a salesman, but simply to help us out.

The experience went very well. They did a great job. There were only two people doing the work, but they worked all day, every day and got the job done quickly. They were also very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and execution of this project. Workers were all respectful of my property and took steps to prevent any damages, etc. The owner, Doug, is competent and listens to his customers. He took time to discuss options available, prices, and always talked to me before making changes to the original estimate. I will be contacting this company in the future for any home projects I have.
