The company apologized and offered either a $500 refund (keep the system) or an AirScrubber upgrade. After further delays and staff changes, another representative reduced the refund to $200. I intentionally did not accept an immediate refund at the start because I wanted to be fair and base everything on evidence. My concern now is less about the dollars and more about the shifting commitments"
