They found tenants for us very quickly to live in our property. They charged us a very low rate which was nice. For the price I had paid I got very poorservice. I requested no animals to be in that property because we had put in hard wood flooring as well as ceramic tile in the wet areas of our home and we wanted to make sure the flooring would not be damaged. They ended up having a cat and the tenants also inquired about a dog and I was not notified about either of these things or the amount of people in the house. PIP advertised that they would do a walk through every 3 months and I asked them to do that when I heard that there were animals in the home. When I requested this PIP started back peddling. We went back and forth with PIP and we requested the animals be gone by a certain date. Instead of PIP talking to the tenants to take care of this and having the tenants remove the animals, we exchanged emails and phone calls throughout September. It was my understanding they had given the tenants month of September to remove the animals. They emailed me and asked me if I could allow them to have 2 more weeks to have them get rid of the dog at the end of September. Before I could even respond to this email I received another email notifying me that they could no longer help me manage the property and informed me I had to manage my property on my own from 1300 miles away. It turned out the tenants were trying to reach us to ask permission to keep their animals and try to work something out. However, PIP did not communicate this to me at all and also failed to communicate my messages to the tennants at our property. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They managed our property after we moved away and were trying to sell it during the months of May through October.
