This business was quick to respond to my inquiry. They were at my house a couple of days later - and then once a week for a couple of weeks until they caught a couple of moles. The mole problem has been solved!

I have an average suburban property. Moles were digging tunnels underground near the surface, so it was was turning up the soil in the flowerbeds and killing sections of the grass and making it lumpy and spongy. It doesn't sound like much but they can really cover a lot of ground. I think trapping the mole is better than using the noise maker to just send them into the neighbor's yard (and you'd have to keep the noisemaker forever), and poison could turn go wrong and probably wouldn't work. The guy from the service came out promptly and on time, very flexible, and set about a dozen traps. Didn't take him very long. They like to sell service by the week and come out once a week to check and reset the traps if necessary. I don't remember the exact fee schedule but it's basically a charge to set up and a charge per week. In a couple days I noticed one of the traps got a mole. Then more time went by and no more caught and no more evidence of digging. The weekly bills were mounting so I called to end the service after about two weeks. The total bill was $300. The service was fair and the price was as quoted. And they did get a mole and the digging stopped. So I should be happy. However, it seems like a lot of money for what turned out to be one very busy mole. Soon afterwards I noticed the same type of mole traps available at the local hardware store. After seeing a demo on youtube I could easily have done this myself. So, I paid $300 for one mole and a bit of a lesson for next time. If you want the moles gone and price isn't a big factor this is a good service. If you're handy and don't mind doing a little research and handling dead moles you can save some money by doing it yourself.

He was fine. He used him three times. Everything was fine, but he was a little pricey. He got the moles. He came a long way, which was really nice. We found another company that charged a flat fee, but we haven't had any more moles. We think he charged $186 each time. We would probably not use him again because we did find somebody else that was cheaper.

The Mole Man was recommended to me by my pest control company (they do insects, not rodents). I left a message and received a call back the same day and my first visit the following day. Two follow-up visits resulted in three trapped moles. It's been a few weeks and I have not seen evidence of another mole. I was happy with the service and would call again if more moles appear.

It was a good experience. They came out quickly and then once a week after that to check the traps until the moles were all gone. It took them about 1 month to finish and we were very happy with the results and would call them back if we ever had another problem.

He was great. Came and set some traps and caught the mole. It was great. He got rid of my problem.

THE MOLE MAN TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SINCE THAT TIME WE HAVE USED HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES. HE IS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE CONCERNED BECAUSE WE HAVE DOGS BUT HIS METHOD DID NOT BOTHER THE DOGS AT ALL.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST COUPLE YEARS TO TRAP OUR MOLES. HE IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT CATCHING OUR MOLES.
