I have been with Pointe for several years here in Spokane. Melissa did a great job of catching me up on interior treatments as well as the normal exterior treatments. We walked together discussing my comments and questions, so I greatly appreciated how easy she is to talk to and work with. She was patient and professional while I moved a handful of larger objects aside in the basement so she could reach the areas behind. I very much enjoyed meeting Melissa and want to thank her and Pointe Pest Control.

Great. Been using Pointe Pest Control for almost 2 years and have very few bugs that get into the house, have had no wasp or yellow jacket nests since they started spraying, and no mice or other rodents in the house. Occasionally a mouse might wander into the garage and then disappear after a couple of days.

I called on Tuesday and had someone here Wednesday to give me an estimate and then first thing Thursday morning a tech was here to spray my home. They were fast, polite and professional.

We started with pointe pest control when we bought our house in 2012 for general quarterly pest control services. Not long after my son moved in he discovered an influx of mice. With a three year old and two elderly dogs this was not good. We were also concerned about the poisons used to kill the mice hurting out grandchild and dogs. Pointe pest control came immediately, put our fears to rest and got rid of the mice infestation. Next came bees. For some reason our back porches attract bees in numbers making it impossible to enjoy using them. Once again Pointe pest control came to our rescue. Every call we make is answered cheerfully and handled professionally. All of the technicians who come to our home have families of their own and treat us as they would treat their own. It's now 2 1/2 years later since our first call and we still continue to call Pointe pest control for all out pest needs. As long as we live in this area we will continue to use their services. Thank you to all we have worked with at Pointe Pest Control. We would be lost with out you.

Very friendly and quick!

It was very well, they were very professional, they did a good job, and the chemicals are considered safe. They listen to me, and they were asking questions for other concerns, they included me in the project. I appreciate how they treated me, the general attitude is very good and the price is very reasonable.

Raymond is wonderful!  He was professional and thorough.  He came back to check the traps often and communicated well during the whole process.  I would definitely hire him again.
