Charlie showed up on time and professionally treated the wasp nest in my soffit. He explained what he was doing and the safety aspects of the treatment he was applying. Completed the work within 30 minutes and informed me about the 1 year warranty on the treatment. Price was very fair compared to the competition.

They did an excellent job, We've been using them since 1999. Their customer service is excellent. They stand by their product so if you have any issues they come back with no additional charge. They were very good at communicating to customers, the technicians always texted me to provide me an update on when my next service will occur.

Have no issue with this company. They come when they say and always call me within a 2 week prior to coming out.

Scott was fantastic! He came in, walked me through the entire process, did a thorough indoor and outdoor inspection of my home including attic and crawl space. He identified the main areas of concern, presented options for how to address them, set traps, answered all of my questions and was a joy to work with. His return visit the following week was just as helpful.

He was very professional and thorough and took care of the problem. He explained everything that he was doing and they were great. We signed a contract with them and will use them again in the future. 

Michelle was great. She was very responsive.

There were no signs of vermin but the inspector reported a couple of areas of possible entrance. The tenant had over reacted to some animals on the rooftop and have not had any issues since. Question the diagnosis.

Bryant came out and was very courteous and professional. He treated the windows and eaves, including two small hives that were forming. The price was reasonable, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

They initially quoted us at around $2400. I have no knowledge of how much this should cost, but it seemed high to me. When he showed up and started working, he stayed until around 7-8 PM. He said he had grossly underestimated the quote and it would require another full day of work to complete, but it wouldn't require any additional cost because they had already quoted it out. I apologize for not remembering his name, but he was the absolute best hire from Angie's List I've ever hired! I liked him and this company so much that I hired them for a monthly pest control sweep.

Haven't seen an ant since they were at my house.

Called next day and technician was able to come out and block entrance, set traps. Came back later in the week to complete permanent repair. Caught intruder soon after in one of the traps. Technician was polite, efficient and sensitive to my concerns. Excellent experience.

Rat still in garage; traps placed under house over 2 weeks ago. They were to call in a week to make an appointment to come out within the following week to check traps (after 10 days of placement). Has been 17 days and we have heard nothing from the company. Did not like the pressure to sign up for regular service at the initial visit either.

They called ahead and arranged to arrive early, which was fine. They announced that they would not remove the nest, only spray for it. They sprayed, we paid, they left. There was no follow-up from anyone at Cascade to see if we were satisfied with the service or if there were any other things we needed. Although I have not seen evidence of the wasps since, it is a bit troubling to think that the nest is still there. As a point of comparison, we had called another company a couple of years ago for a similar situation. They sprayed once, then came back to remove the nest. The wasps in the nest were still very much alive, so they sprayed again then came back a third time to remove the nest. All for about the same fee as Cascade's "one and done" service. In addition to the specific issue we had, one of the things I was interested in was an overall inspection for pest issues and possibly getting signed up for a maintenance program. My experience with extermination companies is that this sort of upselling is a big part of their business so I was a bit surprised that the employee who came out seemed uninterested in engaging in this discussion. I do not know if the last-minute rescheduling that got him to our property early left him no time for further discussions but it seemed to me that they were generally uninterested in any follow-on business. Bottom line, if you're looking for a company that will show up on time, do the job you asked about, and then disappear forever without any high-pressure selling, Cascade might be your company. This form requires a "yes/no" answer on the question of "would you hire again." I'm a decided "maybe" on that question. They wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, but neither are they off the list.

For the price, I get a very comprehensive treatment. Everything is under control. They are very thorough.

Chris arrived promptly as scheduled, was pleasant and knowledgeable, identified some additional issues of which we were unaware, and applied a safe-to-all-but-ants chemical that completely solved our problem within a day or two.
