Initially very well. Did take care of wall problem but unable to find source of crawl space mice. Did plug entrances to crawl space. Population decreased but did not disappear. Came back for followup several times but then failed to show for appointment and never heard from them again. Tried calling and email message but no response

It went very well. We're so pleased we found Michael through Angie's List. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He did a super job, our house looks great, and now, we're extremely happy with these safeguards in place. We were very satisfied, would recommend him to anyone who has a problem like this. We live in the country and wished we'd had the correct wire mesh put on in the first place, to prevent this from occurring. It was money well spent and it's so nice to not have those noisy, smelly pests in our attic. Michael gave us peace of mind; peace of home.

Mike arrived promptly after confirming my appointment.  He discovered squirrels had been entering my garage through a birdhouse attached to the garage.  He fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost, and suggested that I put mothballs in the birdhouse to prevent further invasion by squirrels.
