They’re a little more pricey but the professionalism, quality of service and everything else, is right up there. The clinic had two veterinarians and I dealt with both of them. They’re both professional. They knew the business. They know how to handle a situation. The cat we have was a stray cat that is not used to people. We’re able to deal with that. They’re taking care of it and without the cat getting too pricey. They were sensitive to that. They even gave us a discount for the first meeting when the cat was neutered and had initial shots. They gave us a discount because we rescued a stray cat. I will continue to use that particular clinic.

They were professional and the vet was very good with my dog. I like them. The scheduling was pretty easy and I didn't have a problem getting in with them quickly. The office was good.

My two dogs have been going there for more than a year since we relocated here from Arizona last year. Doctor Nathan Webster is the best. He is experienced, patient and honest about the treatment options and alternative medications. I will definitely recommend this hospital.

This vet clinic stands out among the others because both Dr. Nathan and Dr. Sara treat your pet as though it was their own. They truly care about the pets they see. The whole office knows my dog and is familiar with her medical issues and current treatments. When an issue arises for my dog, both vets are really good at explaining the possible causes of the issue and giving options for next steps. I appreciate having all the options explained to me, because I want to be able to decide whether to try the least costly option first, or to jump straight to more expensive testing options.
When there are urgent issues, the office does their best to get me an appointment the same day. They have convenient evening and Saturday hours, which makes routine care much easier.

We have been going there for a year. We chose them because a friend recommended them. They have a great service and the doctor is excellent. He really cares about the pet and the owner as well. Their prices are pretty much average with everyone else.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring of the staff and the doctor. I had serious concerns about the laser declawing, but the assistants and Dr. Webster were very patient and compassionate, addressing my many questions. The surgery was done promptly, and I was given a follow-up call by Dr. Webster to report on how my cat came through the procedures. Since my cat had to stay over night, I was given another call in the evening to let me know how he was doing.

When I picked him up the following day he was alert and active, and has recovered very nicely.

We have been using Lakemont Village Veterinary Hospital since our dog was a newborn and we were living in the Lakemont area. Even when we moved away from Lakemont we continued to make the 25 minute drive. We never attempted to find a more local vet since we loved Dr. Nathan, Dr. Sara and Carrie so much that we couldn't imagine using anyone else for our precious little girl! When our dog was about 9, she was diagnosed with a low grade heart murmur (which is very common in her breed). About a year ago, she developed a cough due to her enlarged heart, and as a result we've had to bring her in to Lakemont Village Vet quite often during the past year. We can't say enough about the care our dog has received. Dr. Nathan and Dr. Sara are very knowledgeable, continually research new options, discuss the pros and cons of all medicines and procedures, and listen to all our concerns and suggestions. They spend a great deal of time talking to us and never make us feel rushed. They never give up trying to find solutions to health problems. Carrie, the Office Manager, always make us feel as if we and our dog are special to her, and she is extremely friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and caring. During our dog's most recent health scare, I called Dr. Nathan at home in the middle of the night, and he answered the phone right away and spent a great deal of time discussing various treatment options. Since we have been bringing our dog in very frequently in the past week, Dr. Nathan comes out to our car with his stethoscope to examine our dog so that we can keep our dog as stress-free as possible! We highly recommend Lakemont Village Vet!

They are excellent and absolutely wonderful. Both vets are very good and caring. They care as much about the pets as I do. They've even made housecalls for the euthanization of my pets.

Their service has been good! They are always available and they know what they are doing.

They are very personable and the organization is a very tight one. Nathan and Sarah are great vets and are up on all the new technology they can use. They empathize with your needs and how the pets feel which I love. This is a very family oriented place.
